No two briefs are ever the same. Hence there’s no cookie-cutter formula for solving design and communication challenges. That said, there are some universal questions that apply to all projects. It’s about asking enough of these questions at the start to get things pointed in the right direction.
Building a strong understanding of a clients ambitions at the start of a project helps inform the creative process. It provides a yard stick by which to judge all ideas. And any good solution has to start with a big idea. All successful ideas have come into being through a rigorous process of review and refinement before they are implemented in their final iteration.
