An important marketing platform within Westfield’s global strategy is music. Several San Diego properties were selected to pilot a Battle of the Bands competition to engage with local communities through a fun and memorable experience.
The brief was to support the competition with both musician submissions and public attendance while establishing Westfield as a destination for experiences beyond retail.
The creative used simple messaging combined with an energetic image of a cheering concert crowd to give an exciting and professional sensibility to the campaign.
